Class status sought for robo-signing lawsuit

A lawyer in Las Vegas has filed a civil lawsuit seeking
class-action status on behalf of homeowners he says have been hurt
by the filing of fraudulent foreclosure documents during an alleged
"robo-siging" scheme.
